Black Dragon CrossFit

Classes will consist of a fun warm up, a short session of instruction to execute the form of movement, then finish with a hard rockin, high intensity workout that will build and strengthen your core. This type of conditioning is designed to prepare you for any physical challenge!

The workouts will be constantly varied and will be scaled to your ability as well as timed. We may record your efforts in order to measure your personal fitness improvement!
